Twice Baked is the only dedicated gluten-free bakery in Long Beach, CA, and when they approached Flow Forward Media for a website revamp, we knew it had to be something special. Drawing inspiration from modern CPG packaging—clean layouts, bold colors, and intuitive design—we crafted a website that reflects the bakery’s vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. While Twice Baked isn’t a CPG brand, we wanted to bring that same fresh and engaging feel to their digital presence.
A major focus of the redesign was optimizing user experience (UX). We incorporated simple navigation flows, bright color schemes, and strategically placed clickable buttons to make the website both functional and visually appealing. One of the key features of the new site is the restructured menu system. We created three distinct menus to better serve customers: a full menu showcasing everything they offer, a daily specials page that highlights limited-time treats available for in-store or phone orders, and an online ordering section seamlessly linked to their digital store.
To bring the website to life, we used high-definition photography to showcase the artistry of Twice Baked’s baked goods, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing user interface (UI) that draws customers in. The result is a stunning, easy-to-navigate website that not only enhances online ordering but also properly represents the passion and craftsmanship behind Twice Baked.
